Infectious disease expert Patty Olinger said they are all important steps to follow in protecting yourself during the coronavirus pandemic.
Olinger said wearing disposable gloves during your shopping trip provides another layer of protection. And, she recommends dividing your kitchen into a "clean zone" and a "dirty zone."
