FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A Tarrant County grand jury has 'no-billed' a Fort worth man who had been accused in a crash that killed three recent Trimble Tech graduates last year.
The grand jury heard information from investigators who learned from security video that the driver of the victims' car had run a stop sign and turned left in front of Miguel Maravillas, who had the right-of-way.
Three young women in the car died.
While not indicted on the manslaughter counts, Maravillas was charged with speeding because police determined he was going more than 70 in a 45 miles-per-hour zone.
