PLANO (1080 KRLD) - Two years after eight people were gunned down at a Cowboys watch party in Plano, the bartender who served the killer will not face criminal charges.
The grand jury decision was made last month but only announced yesterday by lawyers for Lindsey Glass. She was on duty at the bar where Spencer Hight had four drinks shortly before he went to his estranged wife's home and opened fire, killing her and seven friends.
Earlier this year, she was arrested on a charge of over-serving Hight but the grand jury declined to indict.
