SUNNYVALE (1080 KRLD) - One person is dead because of the plane crash in Kaufman County yesterday.
About 3:30 p.m. the small plane went down in a field in Sunnyvale near Lawson Road and Highway 80. The pilot was the only person aboard.
The plane crashed shortly after taking off from Mesquite Municipal Airport.
