DALLAS (KRLD) - A man authorities say shot and killed his ex-girlfriend at her work, is wanted by the Tarrant County Sheriffs office.
Deputies say Michael Walker and 23 year old Atiyeh Chatmon had broken up over the weekend but had gotten into an augment over the phone on Monday night.
David McClelland with the Tarrant County sheriff's office says Walker confronted Chatmon the next day.
"He showed up at her work, then pulled a gun and shot her in the chest," McClelland says.
He says Walker then took off.
Chatmon was taken to the hospital but died during surgery.
McClelland say Walker is believed to be armed and urges residents to not try and approach this individual on their own.
