Texas Rangers pitcher, and Coppell High School product, Corey Kluber is hurt again.
Last year while with Cleveland, the two-time Cy Young winner missed most of the season with a fractured forearm.
Acquired by the hometown Rangers in the off-season, Kluber was expected to be a rotation mainstay in this Coronvirus abbreviated season.
But yesterday, in his first outing for the Rangers, Kluber was pulled after one inning and 18 pitches with tightness in the back of his pitching shoulder.
The team expects him to get medical evaluation today.
Meanwhile, Texas is off to a slow start, dropping two out of three to the Rockies in their season-opening weekend series.
