(Arlington, TX) -- The Rangers' resume their "Spring Training" today even though it's now the dead of summer.
Instead of Suprise, Arizona, the workouts will be in Arlington at their team's brand new home, Globe Life Field.
Out of concern for Coronavirus, the team will divide its pool of 60 players into groups of 20 for workouts to be staggered through the day.
The Rangers will have to trim its active roster to 30 by the season opener expected to be played either on July 23rd or 24th.
Two more players will have to cut after the first two weeks and an additional two after the first month.
