DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Family and friends will gather in Dallas tonight for the wake for 9-year-old Brandoniya Bennett.
Bennett was gunned down in her apartment last week. Police say the shooting was gang related and they have a suspect in custody for the murder.
Her wake is set for 7:15 p.m. Thursday at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas.
Her funeral will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. at New Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Dallas.
