
Nearly seven weeks after the Mother's Day shooting that wounded five people in a Fort Worth park, seven more people have been arrested.
Three people were jailed earlier in what police consider a gang dispute at Village Creek Park where hundreds of people had gathered despite social distancing recommendations.
Police say the seven new suspects are charged with engaging in organized crime.
Two of the three earlier suspects were charged with aggravated assault
. Two of the five victims were critically wounded. One was shot in the back, the other in the neck.
