FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A Fort Worth police officer who traveled the country wearing Superhero costumes to cheer up sick kids is now back behind bars - accused of violating a condition of his bond.
Three weeks ago, Damon Cole was jailed on a charge of continuous family violence. But he made bail and was released.
One condition of his release was that he have no contact with a woman who claims to be a victim.
But yesterday, police found Cole at an apartment that he'd been ordered to stay away from.
Cole has received media coverage for wearing Marvel and DC Comics Superhero costumes while visiting children.
