FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Tarrant County District Attorney Sharen Wilson is taking a leave-of-absence for an un-specified medical procedure.
She announced this on Twitter yesterday but declined to give further information about her health.
In her Twitter feed, Wilson says she has "the utmost confidence in the experienced, dedicated and high-performing employees of this office to perform the legal work of Tarrant County at the same level of excellence our community has come to expect."
She's not giving any date for her return.
