Texas' COVID-19 Positivity Rate Down To Just Over Seven Percent

Good new concerning Texas' coronavirus positivity rate. It's down to just over 7%.

It's the seventh straight day the rate has been at or below 10 percent, a sign the spread of the coronavirus is slowing.

Dallas County reported 261 new coronavirus cases and no deaths on Monday. It's the first time in 2 weeks the county did not report any deaths.

Denton County reported 51 new cases and Collin County confirmed 53 new cases yesterday, no deaths were reported in either county.

Tarrant County did not release any new numbers because of the holiday.
