DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Every year, the flu is bad. But this year it's getting bad earlier than usual.

A lot of sick people have been coming in to Trusted ER where Doctor Megan Pearce says they're seeing a 20-to-30 percent jump in flu cases. And it's coming at bad time -- just as the holidays are getting started with all those family gatherings between now and New Years.
