Immortal Beloved at 250: A Very Special Gala Concert with Midori & Beethoven 5

It's a gala concert not to be missed. The Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra calls it a once in a lifetime concert experience. You can catch the performance of Beethoven’s majestic Fifth Symphony, 250 years after his birth.  Also Midori will perform Beethoven’s  Violin Concerto.

The Band's Visit

Dallas Summer Musicals presents The Band’s Visit at Winspear Opera House.  It's an offbeat story about a sleepy Israeli desert town that wakes up when a lost band of musicians arrive. This show is not recommended for kids younger than 12.

Sarah McLachlan in Concert

The Grand Berry Theater Oscars Watch Party

You can't go to the Oscars Sunday night but you can sure walk down a red carpet and watch it at the Grand Berry Theater in Fort Worth. The fun starts at 5:30 and you're invited to laugh at the announcers' jokes and cry when your favorites win or lose. Tickets include drinks and snacks, and people can win prizes by casting their own Oscar ballots.

Jennifer Wester: Cutting Loops

Before Jennifer Wester became an artist, she competed at an Olympic-level for team USA as a figure skater.  She was injured, and forced to retire in 2010 and that fueled her artistic passion.  Her works will be on display in the Chamber Gallery.
