MESQUITE (1080 KRLD) - Two people were killed in a wrong way crash on LBJ Freeway Wednesday morning in Mesquite.
Police were called about someone driving south in the northbound lanes of 635 near Galloway about 1:30 a.m.
While officers responded, Mesquite police were called about a head-on crash near 635 and Highway 80, almost three miles to the south.
They say the driver of a Honda Civic was going south in the northbound lanes and hit a Chevrolet Tahoe driving north.
Both drivers died at the scene. No one else was hurt.
