FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Two Tarrant County Sheriff's deputies have recovered from the Coronavirus and returned to duty yesterday.

Now that they're back at work, they're volunteering to donate blood plasma as part of an experimental treatment using their anti-bodies to help others also fight off the virus.

Detectives Mark Smith and Jerry Brown tell NBC-5 they had most of the familiar symptoms including fatigue, cough, scratchy throat, chills and body aches. But they fought through that and say they now feel great.
