Southlake police found the 27-year-old pitcher unresponsive, inside a Hilton hotel room in July, while the team was in town to face the Rangers.

The first game of the four-game series was postponed.

Police said they didn’t suspect foul play and also ruled out suicide. In a statement, the police say the investigation continues.
