FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Last night, TXDOT crews closed westbound I-30 in far west Fort Worth for construction. Tonight, it's the eastbound lanes' turn.
All eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 will close at Chapel Creek at 9:00 p.m. Monday and will reopen by 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, according to TXDOT.
During that time, traffic will be diverted onto the frontage road during this time.
Crews are in the midst of replacing the old two-lane Chapel Creek bridge with two, two-lane bridges in each direction.
The $10 million project is scheduled to be completed later this summer.
