FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - A Tarrant County jury has sentenced a local rapper to 55 years in prison for murder.
Taymor McIntyre, also known as Tay-K 47, was found guilty of murder and robbery last week. He will also serve sentences of 30, 13, and 13 years for 3 aggravated robbery charges. The sentences will be served concurrently.
McIntyre was accused of participating in a home invasion and robbery in Mansfield in July 2016. During the robbery, a 21-year-old was killed.
Prosecutors say he also killed a San Antonio photographer. No word when he will be tried in that case.
