Chris Babler

Chris Babler joined KRLD with 20 years of Traffic Reporting experience from Metro Traffic & US Traffic Network, and has also worked as an On-Air Personality for ABC Satellite Radio Networks, Young Country 105.3 and Sunny 95. He also provided play by play announcing for Terrell High School Football & Basketball on KPYK-AM for 9 years.

Originally from Westland, Michigan Chris graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor Degree in Broadcasting/Business Administration.

An avid golfer and workout enthusiast, Chris is also a professional drummer and appears regularly with his 5 bands throughout the DFW area.

He and his lovely wife Sharon have been married for 4 years, and his son CJ lives in Jacksonville, Florida where he is a guitarist in a popular local rock band.
