A new show debuts on Tuesday evening, all about the State Fair of Texas and the deep-fried delights that come with it.
“Deep Fried Dynasty” features eight State Fair concessionaires and their Texas-sized personalities.
"It gives everybody that sneak peek behind the scenes of what it takes to operate concessions at the State Fair of Texas," fair spokesperson Karissa Condoianis said. "It's like opening a restaurant for 24 days."
Condoianis said the show will highlight how fair concessionaires aren’t just culinary geniuses, they’re business geniuses, too.
"Our concessionaires were really excited to get on board," Condoianis said. "The production company came in and they are really doing a great job telling the story."
The series premieres tonight at 9 C.T. on A&E.
