
With TV crews arriving to broadcast the PBR World Finals from this Friday in Fort Worth, Good Morning America joined in the fun from the city's Historic Stockyards.
Broadcast live on Thursday morning from a cattle drive, ABC News’ Amy Robach sat aloft a longhorn outside the livestock exchange to welcome viewers to the city.
The segment discussed the area's rich history and cowboy culture. They also went on to explore the region, highlighting the Dallas Cowboys, the success of Cookie Society in Frisco, wine tasting at Pedernales Cellar in Fredericksburg, and line dancing at Billy Bob's Texas in Fort Worth.
In recent years, Fort Worth has seen steady growth in its multimedia business such as acting as a filming location for Paramount+ series 1883, movies including 12 Mighty Orphans and The Senior, as well as rapper Kendrick Lamar's latest music video.
