Any time someone watches a game show from home; they can’t help but think they would fare much better than those competing on TV. Of course, when the lights go on, finding the answers becomes a lot more difficult than it was from the couch. Luckily, DFW will soon have a place for people to live out their game show dreams, without the nationally televised embarrassment.

Game Show Battle Rooms is a Minneapolis-based concept where people can face off in mini versions of popular game shows. The entertainment venue recently announced they will be opening their first Texas location, west of the Galleria in Farmers Branch. According to Dallas Culture Map, attendees can compete in new versions of popular game shows such as Wheel of Fortune and Family Feud.
Parties can sign up for an hour or 90-minute sessions where their group can compete in a mini-arena game room, with an enthusiastic game show host guiding them through the games. The North Texas Game Show Battle Rooms is expected to open in mid-2022. Soon enough, game show fans will be able to truly prove their skills.
