Dinosaurs Live!

Visitors can explore a half-mile nature trail featuring eleven life-size animatronic dinosaurs that move and roar. The exhibit also includes interesting facts about various dinosaurs, stationary baby dinosaurs for kids to play on, and photo ops with a Tyrannosaurus rex and Pachyrhinosaurus. An outdoor hadrosaur fossil dig will inspire budding paleontologists. The exhibit is included with general admission and free for Heard Museum members.

The Dirk Nowitzki Foundation Tennis Classic

The Dirk Nowitzki Foundation Tennis Classic returns for its sixth year this Saturday, September 14, at 3 p.m. at the Banner House at T Bar M. This charity event brings together sports icons and celebrities for a day of friendly competition on the court. Alongside Dirk Nowitzki, participants include NBA stars Klay Thompson, Steve Nash, and J.J. Barea, as well as tennis champions CoCo Vandeweghe and Mark Knowles.

This annual event supports the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation’s mission to help children and families in need. It's a day filled with exciting matches, featuring big names from both basketball and tennis, including Dr. Phil McGraw, who will also make an appearance on the court.
