It's nothing any pitcher looks forward to but Rangers starter Jesus Tinoco will forever be the answer to a trivia question.
On his third pitch in the top of the first at Globe Life Field Tuesday night, Tinoco gave up the historic, American League record-setting 62nd home run to the Yankees' Aaron Judge.
Tinoco is not exactly a household name, even for serious baseball fans.
Now in his fourth major league season -- his first with the Rangers -- Tinoco has fewer than 67 total innings under his belt. But he was put on the spot when Rangers interim manager Tony Beasley told him he would start the second game of Tuesday's double-header.
Afterward, Tinoco said simply "it's part of the game. I challenged him and he just hit the home run."
