After struggling in the first half Saturday against Rice, the Longhorns have to be ready to meet third-ranked Alabama Saturday night.

Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian said he knows the Crimson Tide is a real handful with a "very stout defense including two very good corners." On offense, their line is enormous and they have great speed in their running backs and receivers.

Finally, calling signals for Alabama, out of Katy Tompkins High School, will be Jalen Milroe and Sarkisian says he can beat you with his arm or his legs. Sarkisian was on KRLD Thursday night for Longhorn Weekly with Craig Way, the voice of the Longhorns.

KRLD is the "Home of the 'Horns." Saturday's game starts at 6 p.m. with the pre-game show beginning at 5 p.m.
