The dust is still settling on the Mavericks losing to the Boston Celtics in Game 5 of the NBA Finals, ending the series. But a bombshell report from ESPN's Tim MacMahon revealed something that will have a big impact on the team's future, effective immediately.
Per MacMahon, Mark Cuban will now longer run the team's basketball operations and will relinquish control to new Mavericks' governor Patrick Dumont, with general manager Nico Harrison reporting straight to Dumont.
