DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - As training camp is set to get under way Tuesday, the Mavericks have agreed to deals with two of their three draft picks.

Dallas signed first-round pick Josh Green to his rookie deal and second-round pick Tyler Bey to a two-way contract, the team announced Monday.

According to Real GM, Green will earn $7.393 million in his first three guaranteed seasons. The Mavericks hold a team option on him in year four and can match any offer he receives after that season.

The Mavericks selected Green, who will wear No. 8, with the 18th overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. The 20-year-old averaged 12 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game in 30 starts as a freshman at Arizona last season.

"Terrific two-way player. Terrific athlete. We had a terrific interview with him about two weeks ago," Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle said after the team selected Green. "What we needed first for our roster were wing defenders who can shoot, score and hopefully make plays. We feel he's a ready-to-go 3-and-D guy."

The Mavs 31st overall pick, Stanford's Tyrell Terry, remains unsigned.

As for Bey, the Colorado forward will wear No. 2 with the Mavs. The 22-year old averaged 13.8 points, nine rebounds, 1.2 blocks and 1.5 steals per game, while hitting 53-percent from the floor during his junior season.
