The world discovered that former Cowboys legends DeMarcus Ware and Chuck Howley were part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2023 during the NFL Honors ceremony on Thursday night, but the players themselves found out a few days earlier.
The Hall of Fame captured the moments when Ware, Howley and the other inductees found out they were headed to Canton, Ohio.
Ware was stunned when he was notified by Cowboys owner Jerry Jones when he went to visit him in his office, while Howley was given the news by Cowboys legendary quarterback Roger Staubach.
