More houses are going up in Frisco, but they're all slated to be rental properties near the new PGA headquarters.

The Dallas-based developer and investor Stillwater Capital has started construction of 215 rental homes in The Link, a 240-acre mixed-use development that connects directly to the Omni PGA Frisco Resort and has views of the PGA’s golf courses.

Reports say the rental homes in The Link will include individual cottages and two-level townhomes. The first homes in the community will be ready for residents in summer 2024.

The community will include a fitness center, pool, resident lounge with golf simulator, putting green and courtyard. It will connect to Frisco’s hiking and biking trails. Rents will start at $2,000 a month.
