If you're ever on the lookout for the puuuurfect snack, might we suggest Whiskers and Soda?
As the name suggests, it's Dallas' first cat café, and it's the product of owners Rob and Caroline Stovall, who told the Dallas Observer they wanted their café to not just be a "means to hang out with cats and drink coffee, but also to create a new, immersive adoption experience."
The Stovalls have partnered with Cultivar Coffee and Leila Bakery and Café for their delectable treats, which include items like Amerigato, Meowchiato, and Drip Pawfee.
The best part is, the cats featured inside the café are adoptable!
Caroline is also the president of A Voice for All Paws, and loves the idea that potential parents can bond with cats in a more relaxed and comfortable environment, unlike typical adoption centers where animals are kept in cages.
Whiskers and Soda Cat Café is located at 10320 Garland Road, and is open Tuesday – Wednesday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Thursday – Friday, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Sunday, noon – 6 p.m.
