Two travelers were arrested on an American Airlines flight due to a situation involving a man's bloody hair transplant.

Eugenio Ernesto Hernandez-Garnier, 27, and Yusleydis Blanca Loyola, 32, both from Las Vegas, were returning home from Miami on Monday when the flight crew noticed Hernandez-Garnier's head bleeding profusely, according to Local 10.

Miami-Dade Police reported that airline staff asked Hernandez-Garnier to clean up the blood and change his bandages, but he claimed he didn't have any clean ones.

When the crew then requested Hernandez-Garnier to leave the plane, the couple allegedly refused, stating: "If they couldn't fly, no one else could either."

In a TikTok video posted by Loyola, she can be heard shouting that her partner had just undergone surgery.

As a result, the entire plane had to disembark in Las Vegas, causing a delay.

Hernandez-Garnier and Loyola were arrested on the spot for trespassing after continuing to refuse to leave the plane when police arrived.

In a statement to Local 10, police mentioned: "After a brief moment of resisting being handcuffed, they were subsequently placed under arrest."
