
A high-speed crash in Northeast Dallas left two men dead Monday afternoon when a McLaren collided with another vehicle and a tree before it split in half, police say.
The accident took place around 3 p.m. on Abrams Road near Royal Lane, Dallas police said. The two men inside the McLaren were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of another vehicle involved in the crash was transported to a hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
Investigators are still working to determine the cause of the crash.
Authorities have not released the names of the victims pending notification of their families.
