
(Fort Worth, TX) -- Two people are still recovering from smoke inhalation suffered in Tuesday's apartment fire in Fort Worth.
The building at the Borough complex on Greenspoint Drive is just about a total loss, according to fire officials.
Firefighters arrived to find the fire chewing through multiple units, and the damage was extensive.
Three people were treated at the scene, and two of them had to go to the hospital. Two firefighters also received what are described as minor burns.
Fire crews also rescued a dog who was given oxygen after being carried outside. A dozen units were damaged or destroyed, and eight people were displaced.
The investigation continues.
