UPDATE: A truck driver is dead after his big rig crashed on Central Expressway in Allen Tuesday.
After colliding with another vehicle on the Stacy Road overpass, the semi careened over the side and crashed onto the service road where it burst into flames. The driver died at the scene.
ALLEN, TX (1080 KRLD) - A major crash on US-75 Central Expressway left one person dead, according to Allen Police Department.
A northbound tractor trailer burst into flames after colliding with another vehicle at the Stacy Road overpass. The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
Police say the victim will not be identified until proper notifications are made.
Police in Allen say people should expect delays for the rest of the evening in the area and they say the east service road from Cabela’s Drive to Stacy Rd is shut down.
