An Amber Alert has been discontinued as Dallas PD reports the critical missing girl, Chasity Collins has been 'located and is safe.'
Chasity had gone missing all night after her mother's car was stolen.
Chasity was described as a 3-year-old Black female. She has black hair, brown eyes, weighs 85 pounds, and is 3’0″. She was last seen wearing an unknown color short sleeve shirt, gray tights, and no shoes.
The car stolen was a white 2009 Lincoln MKZ with the Texas license number JJT 5997
The car was parked at a Red Bird area 7-Eleven on Ledbetter just north of Dallas Executive Airport. About 12:30 police were told a three-year-old girl was in the car when it stolen.
The mother said she'd just left the car briefly to run inside the store -- and it was gone when she returned.
