The Arlington toddler who accidentally shot himself to death Tuesday has been identified.
Police say 2-year-old Rio Carrington found the pistol in the bedroom of a teenage sibling and, when he hit the trigger, he was fatally wounded.
Rio -- whose third birthday would have been this month -- died at Medical City Arlington about an hour after he was found.
Police have not said if anyone will be charged.
