Dallas Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for Officer Reginald Jones for organizing and promoting a pyramid scheme.
As well as Jones, 13 other officers - including a major, sergeants, and a lieutenant - are all now on administrative leave, all of whom are accused of taking part in the scheme.
The department's investigation led to grand jury referrals for the other officers for taking part and promoting the scheme. One civilian was also named.
They are:
Major David Davis, Lieutenant Giovanni Wells, Sergeant Constance Lewis, Sergeant Jennifer Wells, Sergeant Rachel Moore, Sergeant Latasha Moore, Senior Corporal Pearl McDowell, Senior Corporal Aaron Rucker, Senior Corporal Raquel Oliver, Police Officer Anthony Edmond, Police Officer Paul Logan, Police Officer Carlton Nelson, and Reserve Officer Brad Deason.
The civilian is Sonja Davis.
Police say all of the officers involved are assigned to the South Central Patrol division.
