At least one person was killed in a three-car crash in northeast Dallas early Thursday morning, police say.
The collision happened just past 1 a.m. on the eastbound side of I-635 near Greenville Avenue. Police immediately closed the freeway and diverted traffic onto the service road.
There's also a lot of long-term construction traffic along that stretch of I-635, so that added to complications for drivers. Police have not yet said what caused the crash and the Dallas County Medical Examiner has not yet released the name of the victim.
