After a five-year PGA slump, Aussie Jason Day has won the AT&T Byron Nelson which wrapped up Sunday at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney.
Day needed to card a nine-under 62 Sunday to win the tournament by just one stroke.
Day's bogey-free final round included a very fine chip-in for birdie at the 12th hole. He finished 23 under overall, one stroke ahead of South Korea's Si-woo Kim and American Austin Eckroat.
This is his 13th PGA Tour title but his first since the 2018 Wells Fargo Championship.
Highland Park's Scottie Scheffler had a strong effort, finishing three off the pace, tied for 5th.
