A baby has been identified as the victim who was killed in an early morning crash in Fort Worth Monday, and the driver remains locked up.

Police say the car driven by Janelle Leadley crashed into a tree on Hulen near Kingswood. When police and paramedics arrived they found ten-month-old Zaveena Houston badly hurt. She was pronounced dead at Cook Children's Hospital.

Three other people were hurt and they remain in critical condition at an area hospital.

Investigators have not said if Zaveena was properly restrained in an infant car seat.

Leadley was arrested and remains jailed on a string of charges including intoxicated manslaughter, intoxicated assault causing serious bodily injury and burglary of a habitation.
