A Frontier Airlines flight from Denver was grounded for nearly two hours Monday after a bomb threat note was discovered inside the airplane’s lavatory at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
The incident triggered a full emergency response involving airport police, the FBI, and a SWAT team.
Passengers were kept on board as the aircraft was searched on the tarmac, and investigators later confirmed that no explosives were found.
The plane was cleared and passengers were allowed to deplane safely. Authorities have not said who wrote the note or whether any arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
