The North Texas Regional Director of the American Jewish Committee is calling for a societal response to the latest anti-Semitic terror attack saying it is a shame American Jews have to talk about taking precautions in 2025.
Joel Schwitzer says the Jewish community needs to double down on their faith following the terror attack in Boulder, Colorado.
"In response to this, we all need to be 10-percent more Jewish and that is the same message that I have today," said Joel Schwitzer.
Schwitzer questions how the greater community and the government better respond to rising anti-Semitism and violence based on hatred.
Schwitzer says they have security plans in place for every event they put together.
He says he has watched how security has evolved over the years that he has been involved with the American Jewish Committee.
