The driver has minor injuries after his car smashed into a home in Denton Thursday.
Reports say the car careened into the corner of a home at the corner of McKinney and Ruddell in Southeast Denton about a mile From Texas Woman's University.
The driver was taken to a local hospital to get checked out.
No one was home at the time. The car took out two load-bearing walls so the house was very unstable. After the car was towed, crews spent a couple hours on-site stabilizing the building.
