Firefighters battled a massive warehouse fire early Monday morning near downtown Fort Worth, responding to reports that two people were inside the vacant structure.
Several 911 calls alerted authorities to the fire at a commercial building on North Main Street. When crews arrived, they encountered heavy flames engulfing the two-story warehouse.
The fire quickly escalated to a two-alarm response, with firefighters working for nearly 75 minutes to bring it under control.
One person was treated at the scene for smoke inhalation, while no injuries were reported among firefighters.
Investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.
