Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price is chastising the county's director of Health and Human Services after that department publicized a Monkeypox pop-up clinic by using a poster showing a Black man.

During Tuesday's Commissioners Court meeting, Doctor Philip Huang apologized, calling it an error and saying the poster has been removed.

Price is Black and blamed Huang who is Asian for what Price believed was a slight against African-Americans.

Huang explained that the poster was created in haste because the clinic was set up on short notice.
