Things haven’t been going great for the Dallas Cowboys lately. Not only did their quarterback Dak Prescott suffer a gruesome season ending injury, but the team is off to a historically bad start under a new coaching staff. It appears the hits keep coming, as even the coaches are now getting hurt.

Defensive coordinator Mike Nolan was forced to cut his media Zoom call short on Monday after accidentally getting hot sauce in his eye. “Just had some Tabasco on my finger, and it went in my eye,” Nolan said as he rubbed his eye while attempting to answer questions. He eventually got up, only to return a few minutes later after washing out his eye.

Of course, plenty on social media had a response; with some claiming the video was a metaphor for the Cowboys season. Nolan declined to give details on what exactly he was eating, but he will surely wait until after his press conference to eat his lunch next time.
