
The Dallas Cowboys have unveiled several new menu items just in time for this weekend’s home opener against the New York Giants.
The new menu items range from The Elote Burger to The Rowdy Dog which is a Nathan’s All Beef Frank wrapped in bacon and served on a brioche bun.
Mercelo Vasquez is the Executive Chef in charge of some of the more upscale items from the Maine Lobster Brioche Rolls.
“The flatbread, people like it, it’s a classic item,” Vasquez said. “I can tell you the lobster roll will have great exposure.”
Heather Fuller is the Concessions Chef who unveiled several new items for fans.
“I love that Smoke Salmon BLT. That’s something I’ve wanted to do for a really long time,” Fuller said.”
Fan favorite menu items remain such as the Pizza Burger and Cowboys Cheesesteak.
There are also vegan-friendly choices for the fan who wants the stadium experience but without the meat.
