The Dallas Cowboys lose 44-30 to the Detroit Lions on Thursday night in a high-scoring road matchup that also sends star receiver CeeDee Lamb into concussion protocol.

Lamb left the game in the second half and did not return, adding to the urgency for a Dallas team now sitting at 6-6-1 with four games remaining.

Detroit controlled the tempo throughout, using explosive scoring drives to keep Dallas playing from behind.

The loss tightens the Cowboys’ playoff path in a crowded NFC race, where every remaining game carries increased stakes.

Dallas returns home next Sunday to host the 4-8 Minnesota Vikings — a matchup that now looms large as the Cowboys look to regain momentum and keep postseason hopes within reach.
