DALLAS (1080 KRLD)- A Dallas firefighter has died in an out-of-state accident. Dallas Fire-Rescue's Facebook page says Ceasar Rios had been with the department for about ten years.
The incident that caused his death is still under investigation but DFR is not giving any information about it. Rios's brother Henry is also a veteran Dallas firefighter.
